Bizarre "question" obviously meant to imply this building is somehow "cheating".
And MetLife has mechanical floors. And there's no such thing as "vanity height", unless you're talking about roof decorative functions, where MetLife has more "vanity" space than Chase.
Floor height is based on market demand. Modern towers, esp. for financial services, demand high ceilings, esp. for trading functions. 1,400 ft. is 1,400 ft. whether 200 floors or 2 floors.
