I saw a post on reddit this morning that 121 has a flooded ground floor and all 3 elevators are out of service since last night.

I thought it was on r/Ottawa but I can't seem to find the post now... I was just laying in bed browsing on my phone this morning.

Maybe someone here can confirm this.

Looks like they added roughly two levels since the beginning of November.

From this altitude and vantage point, you can just make out in the background right, that the SOHO Italia is just a whisker taller than Envy. Too bad SOHO didn't step up another five floors or so.

Yes, units up to the 32nd floor, then a 33rd floor for indoor and outdoor amenities.
