I'm guessing it's either subtle cutaways or outcroppings similar to the Saya or Trump SoHo, or perhaps slight offsets in sections of the massing, ala City of Capitals in Moscow, that wouldn't necessarily affect a massing model.

Robert, how close - or far - am I?

Part of me actually enjoys this game. The masochist part.

No. It's a square from the first residential floor to the top floor.

That cigar line made me think of Clinton and Lewinski!

I don't want to clog this thread with replies to wrong guesses, so if I don't reply, please take no offense.

So what we have so far is that it IS a box, with a nice facade, and about 13-1400 feet in height to a flat roof, maybe a crown.

If this building gets built I may need a new pair of pants, just thought I'd let you all know that.

I don't understand why you can't just tell us. Are you gonna get arrested if you do?

The concept of building tall is severely misconstrued by many here. You build based on demand.

No crown sadly.

I enjoy getting updated and enjoy some of the jokes...........but I also admire Skyscraperpage being more mature and informative than Skyscrapercity. Let's not turn it into that

I think if you're on a "skyscraper" forum, you would agree with that, to an extent at least.

Like I said, NY has PLENTY of interesting architecture, I will take a moderately well desinged 1400 foot tower over a gorgeous 800 foot tower any day simply because NY already has/will have plenty of the latter.
Towers of this (potential) height usually aren't the best architecture, though there are some nice ones out there. In the end, it is the scale that wil be most noteworthy for this tower.
