Looks like the orange pylon in the center, then center-left blew over. At some point.

Aug 10 to now.

Daily hive poo-poo’d this, I think I remember. Sure it’s not too tall but I suppose at least it is not another six storey wonder, so there is that.

Preliminary concept from PCI and Low Tide for development around the station, Perkins & Will is the architect.

Two 35 storey residential towers and a 20 storey office tower.
~500 rental units
~315,00sqft office space
~80,000sqft retail

Construction to start next year according to their timeline.

Ah you beat us to posting this, oh well.

I wonder what the in-person open house will be like, they've become so rare that it's actually exciting when they pop up.

I think I'n seeing two design concepts for the same site in the images - one with more rectangular towers, and one with a curved facade. As I read the booklet it appears that they're proposing the rectangular design. Maybe the curved version was an earlier (more expensive) design?

So two things:

Call before you dig, I think there could be a train under there.

Also, to the north west is not a pit.

They called the curved version a concept so maybe it was just earlier on in the design. Assume that center gap is where the tunnel would be?

Yeah, you can see the tunnel portal in the upper right corner.

Is there some irony that Low Tide's new project proposal (mentioned above) is directly to the east of this?

I don't think it's irony, nor is it a coincidence.

This is clearly being reworked to include substantially more density.

Now where are the ducks and geese, and a guy in a canoe, like at International Village back in the 1990s?
