This is almost better than when the developers of the Union Centre on front street asked for 298 metres in height and the city gave it to them, but then threw in a bonus 2 metres without being asked so they could build a super tall tower! Since when has that ever happened? Wow!
It's also too bad that the Union Centre is not expected to be constructed for several years with the state of the office market the way it is, and I believe the project is now under the ownership of a new company. So why even knows?
