Several months ago, Suitsupply executed on a lease to open a 6,100-square-foot, two-level flagship store at ‘The Amazing Brentwood’ in Burnaby BC, which marks the retailer’s first standalone storefront in the Vancouver area. The store will feature at a prominent location at the corner of Brentwood Boulevard and Halifax Street — both are outdoor streets. Suitsupply’s main floor will span about 3,850 square feet according to lease plans, with a second level spanning nearly 2,270 square feet. Across Brentwood Boulevard will be retailers including Nike, Adidas, and possibly a COS store, while nearby retailers will include Lululemon, Wilfred, and a 30,000-square-foot H&M store that will be the first in British Columbia to feature ‘H&M Home’ furnishings.
A popular breakfast joint is opening an all-new location in Burnaby and we’re pretty excited about it. Set to open in July, OEB Breakfast Co is expanding into Metro Vancouver.

The mall’s businesses are being gradually opened given that each tenant has varying construction timelines; larger scope tenants such as the Cineplex VIP Cinemas and Rec Room will require 300 days, while smaller clothing stores need just a few weeks. The food hall portion of the mall should be open by the June of next year.
I couls see a bunch of those food places opening in the new food court (above Nike and Adidas).

Does anyone have a picture handy showing the connection between phase one and the old mall's food court/new food hall? I can't quite figure out where it will be.
Yes, I know where the renders are as well, but if it's supposed to be opened up next month, then I'd expect the bridge to be mostly in place by now.
you can see it when you go there in person, it looks done but there is so much still to do, I doubt it will open soon. Unless it's just a passageway to get from skytrain to the old mall and they can get it functional and avoid the construction stuff.
Take this with a grain of salt, but I was chatting up one of the owners of a foodcourt stall i frequent and they said the developers gave them an august (possibly sept) time line for moving to the new food hall.
