The 32-story project is planned on a site at Peachtree and Peachtree Dunwoody roads that Atlanta’s former Post Properties once intended to develop as an apartment tower. The site is a block north of Phipps Plaza.
Atlas Capital plans to break ground in September, with an estimated delivery in winter 2022.

The real estate firm behind the planned redevelopment of 47-acre Lindbergh City Center said it is pushing ahead with the transit-oriented project.
Rubenstein Partners LP told Atlanta Business Chronicle it has secured a design and leasing team that includes the architects ASD|SKY and Gensler, commercial real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield and food hall developer and consultant Revel.
Taylor Smith, Southeast region director with Rubenstein, said the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic has created uncertainty, but the firm is confident it can redevelop Lindbergh City Center into global hub for jobs and entertainment linked by transit.
