That block of Edmonton St. has not changed dramatically but there has been enough development over the years to improve the feel. Now it would be nice to see something happen on the other side of the street... as much as I enjoy Ming Court, it would be nice to see something a bit bigger and better go up on that lot and the adjacent parking.

Leave Ming Court alone (even though it's awful), that block of Edmonton is pretty much a lost cause, it's almost all big blank walls of parkade that aren't going anywhere, anytime soon. And it just leads into the blank wall of the convention centre.
A block over, Kennedy on the other hand has a ton of potential. Every building there has main floor CRUs, except for the beautiful old apartment building. Developing the Medical Arts parking lot, and the one at NW Kennedy & St. Mary, and all of a sudden you have the most complete street in all of Downtown. And right off the most active retail node (west Graham) in all of Downtown as well.
I'd really like to see Kennedy and Edmonton change to two way traffic.
