Also, for my 2 cents worth, living in a unit with 9'6" ceilings. The height has the curious effect of making every room look smaller. Increasing the ceiling height changes your perspective on everything else in the room. That was the shocker when we moved in until we started putting in furniture and realized the actual size.

well if construction started, the developpers must have sold between 35-55 % of the units before construction started, but imnot sure about the percentage
