Damn good work. If not for your models, I wouldnt be able to visualize most of these proposals in context with the rest of the skyline. You do a terrific job!

^IMO it had that by 1910

and going strong since then.

@STR - You're showing a Chicago changed. It's been largely the same since I was a kid (Sears, Aon & Hancock), and now.. woah!

Great job STR! I love seeing updates in this thread.

I don't know if you are working on it already, but the two new Grant Park Towers should be added. Several renders of GP 3 are availible in the Proposals section and a massing model of GP4 is availible there as well.

Their heights are:
GP3: 790'
GP4: 900'

It would seam post #1 needs to be updated with the latest Spire render, Aqua, Arquetectonica, W=A, etc.

well, when i said central core, i meant more buildings in the center of the skyline, like trump, W-A, the spire, etc., instead of being triple peaked, it will have more talls in the center to give it more of a "central core."
