They zoomed in the webcam (for now at least) so there's a much clearer view of the site.

Looks like they're putting up the 12th floor?

It's getting interesting now that it's taller than the buildings directly behind it.

Yes, it looks like they're pouring the sixth residential floor so that should make it the 12th overall. I had to look at the plans because I get confused on how much is remaining but this one marked below is the floor they are now working which means right now its standing at about 142 feet (not including those columns sticking out a little higher).

Looks like they're doing about a floor a week at this rate. So I guess if all things go smoothly this one will top out late in the spring some time?

Yeah that's something I've also been trying to calculate and it does look like all of the residential floors have each only taken about 7-10 days so far. Since they technically only have 20 floors left to fully work on, I do think it could top out in 4-6 months assuming that pace is kept. I don't think holidays and weather changes will slow it down too much either

Is there a higher res version of this? I can't read the height numbers.

Also, if you count the mechanical structure on the roof, it's 33 floors.

I'll go ahead and link the HDRC doc for you so you can zoom in more freely, the building elevations start on page 35. For whatever reason whenever I upload an image like this the resolution does tend to go down a bit (probably just from re-formatting)

Thanks!

This has been mentioned before, but according to those plans the height is officially 387'-8".

Looks like they're already starting on the 13th floor, so that last floor only took 6 days! If they did keep that pace your guess of late spring is very plausible

I noticed that earlier today when I looked at the webcam and wasn't sure if my eyes were deceiving me lol. This thing is moving fast.

I had to share this in case the camera goes back to its normal settings, but I've been looking at this cam for almost two years and I swear it almost never appears this high-res.. But it looks like they have started to work on the façade panels on those lower levels (where that purple coloration is) and floor 13 is making some more progress!
