These and 75 James rising at the same time should look pretty striking, I will guess.

When I drove by late Saturday, it appeared that more of the first floor structure was up.

Yep I went by yesterday on the Barton bus and could definitely see something poking over the hoarding.

Here's a few from today. Not exactly a breakneck pace, and it seems like they are just randomly not working some days, but its going up. Sadly when its complete I will no longer be able to brag of my view of the CN tower (with binoculars) from my window.

The view southward from Cannon St. has been greatly changing. This is now making that change even bigger.

Thank you for all the updates Hawrylyshyn... I've been lurking on UrbanToronto but not on a regular basis, so I miss many of these.

No problem. I figured many don't frequent both forums, so happy to help out and transfer some images over occasionally.

The glass quality definitely makes the difference on this one.

Excited for the impact these have on the flow of people downtown.

Same. I've definitely noticed a difference around the Gore Park area in the last year, it'll be interesting to see what this one does. I think most of it will be people walking West towards James or South towards King since everything to the Northeast is still parking lots but in the coming years as more of those are filled in with devepments we'll start to see some cool new street life.
