Man, I had no idea this one was so far along. I think I got it mixed up with The Molar so I wasn't checking on it.

I still think it's way too basic but I can't deny that it adds... something... to the area. Maybe the retail will be good.

Last we know, there will be a two level restaurant on the corner. It could be another Sullivan's, but most likely it will be another restaurant from the parent company's portfolio.

Yeah, it was Del Frisco Grille at last word. The Sullivan's chain was sold to the Macaroni Grill company.

I really like this snap from Corvairkeith -- you get a real sense of how dense the Greenwater development has become. It's really remarkable.

Someone deserves a medal for managing that development process.

I agree except for one quibble, save for the upcoming Google bld, the others are basically the same height. Wish they were a bit more varied.

But a solid A from me, nonetheless.

Really looks like a modern One American Center. The window details add a lot. Without them this would just be another Colorado Tower, albeit darker.

Maybe it's the location or the footprint, but this building seems pretty large when you see it from 4th. Like more substantial than 300 Colorado in overall size. Though when I look at the pictures, doesn't look any different in footprint than it's companion across the street. Probably an optional illusion.
