It's moving along fast now... I visited the outdoor gardens part about a month ago and the building was nowhere near its current state.

Did they reduce how much of the roof is transparent? I thought it was supposed to be fully, but looks like a lot of it is opaque.

The top-down photo posted here on Sept 1 shows the entire roof is coloured and transparent. Maybe that white translucent wrap will change with the seasons?

Maybe it's still covered in some plastic wrap from shipping? I hope it gets clearer than that

That's the final product, if you check out other buildings around the world that use this product it's very similar.

Does the one side have like a sun shade on the plastic? That's on the NW side, so doesn't make sense. Maybe some kind of winter weather thing? Otherwise it looks pretty clear on the other side.

Looks awesome!

Yes I thought the roof was going to be transparent somehow, but this looks great! Can't wait to visit the finished building!

It is transparent. And yes there is some type of a covering on the inside in that one area.

That area looks fritted to allow less UV to penetrate through, adjusted for the biodiversity gardens that will be under those sections i would assume.

You can see the screened mesh that hangs below the ETFE in the last picture.
