Damn, I didn't think that this project would be so defining and so dominating for South Philly!!! Wish it could've been taller though!!! Also, is the brown brick building at 25th and South a switchboard for AT&T??? Just wondering because that site could be another site for a major skyscraper, IMO!!!

It has 5 more stories and a very tall crown still to go. I think it provides great height for this location. It and the FMC are an impressive gateway when approaching on 76W.

375ft is very respectable. It's even taller than that other bldg (1919 Market), so this is saying a lot for a location next to the river.
Do you know when phase 2 of the site plan (the next building) will begin?
Nothing has been confirmed yet- all we have seen is a master plan type rendering of what the site may look like. CHOP hasn't actually mentioned when the second building will start construction or shown final renderings.
^^^ This is looking good! The ride on I-76 will be very exciting! Between this project, FMC, and One Riverside, it will really be changed for the better!
From Penn's Twitter. It's cool to see these towers along the Schuylkill popping up from certain angles around campus. It certainly adds a depth to the city. The super tall in the Schuylkill Yards project would be right in line with Woodland Walk at the corner of 34th and Walnut, which would be really beautiful.
