Nice shots...looks like they were taken from BofA Tower right?

BTW
VOTE SET TODAY ON 3 GROVE TOWERS
Miami city commissioners today are scheduled to vote on a proposed rezoning that would pave the way for the construction of three high-rise condo towers -- for a total of 300 units -- to rise on vacant land that is currently part of the Mercy Hospital complex in Coconut Grove. Mercy wouldn't build the condos. That task would fall to a development team that includes developer Jorge Perez's Related Group. Some Grove residents oppose the project -- complaining that the towers are dramatically out of scale with the surrounding neighborhood and will further clog roads. Related says the towers won't even be visible from Bayshore Drive, as they would be built behind the hospital on a jut of land resembling a peninsula. The company has called traffic concerns legitimate but says if additional medical space were built instead of condos, the traffic impact would be worse.

MiamiJr they couldn't possibly be from the BofA tower since both projects are south of the river. RX posted these on another forum but they look they were shot from a helicopter judging by the angles. In the second pic you can see the Epic tower rising on the north bank of the river as well.

Ten Museum Park

I would not recomend LOFT 3. You do not own a parking space at this building. You only have a 1year lease in a city garage across the street. You would be much happier in a 2/2 at Ten Museum Park:

Like Times Square?

It's going to be nothing like Times Square, not even the slightest hint. You can't just build a times square just because you place a bunch of lights and advertising on the exterior of a building.

Met 3 is behind the Wachovia Tower, not right along the Miami River. The closest towers to the Miami River are Met 1, and Met 2, but not along the river either.

between Met 1 and 2 and the River is EPIC, and soon to be a second tower.

When you say 'like times square', you mean there is going to be a bunch of gaudy advertising screens? Times Square is a giant 'X' where Broadway crosses 7th Ave. Miami doesn't have 2 streets that do that, just a few spots where they could put flatirons.

Off topic but I want to see the BofA Tower lit up orange and turquoise for the Superbowl. Anyone know if any buildings are going to have any sort of speical lighting or effects?
