Thanks! I enjoy going around and providing updates for everyone.

Don’t let the avatar fool you haha, it is he.

Btw- Anyone can access the points where I’ve taken photos from. For instance the shots on June 10th were from the contemporary arts museum downtown, it’s free on Thursdays. Others are me just walking into public parking garages.

Those angles from 8th or whatever are Chicago level dense! Well done!

Word that construction would stop was just speculation.

Ugh, I was hoping staggered windows were on their way out. That trend will not age well in my opinion.

The first thing my sister told me when I moved from Houston to Austin in 1976 was: "You won't believe the people who run this city. They wanted to set the speed limit on the MoPac at 40 mph!"

When it comes to Austin NIMBYs, you're in it for the long haul.

The core appears topped out. The tower crane is coming down the last weekend in September.

Looks insanely skinny viewed from Mopac. Looks very sexy viewed from nearby on Congress.

I’m staying around E 7th and Webberville this week and keep noticing this slender beauty in the skyline. I walked into the architect last week and complimented the building. He quipped, “It’s hard not to be sexy when you’re tall and skinny”

Luci Johnson and Ian Turpin have quite a beautiful view of this tower! I believe they still live in the penthouse of the Norwood Tower (the cream colored, Gothic Revival tower on the right).
