Corner of Northumberland and Brunswick

They are excavating again at the corner of Northumberland and Brunswick. It is where the new medical office building is going.

More activity at the site today. Must be getting serious

I was in there Saturday around noon and there was no music at all. Maybe they're only turning it on at night or something now. (Food was highly enjoyable comfort food.)

Hmm, I was there on Saturday around 2, and the music was playing, but at a much more tolerable level. Very tasty.

For the Brunswick @ Northumberland foundation pour? It is exactly that corner. Saw it from the bus yesterday, and it looks like the footings are either poured or about to be poured.

Not my link but no it isn't. It's Brunswick and Northumberland. Zoom out a bit and you can see that. Or go down the street a little and you can see the Elks Lodge next to the (now demolished) blue house. There's a street sign on the corner 'behind' you when you go to the link as well that's also correct.

Was at the northside Walmart at lunch and noticed that they have the area to the east of the store fenced off with construction signs up, could they be expanding I wonder?

I know it was mentioned before that the northside location wouldnt be expanded right now, but it looks like it might be.

Also, not sure if it was mentioned before or not but there is another condo development on the river on the northside on the corner on Devonshire Drive going on to the Westmorland St bridge. There has been a large hole there for a while now, but there are now signs up for the development. Its good to see development in that area, seems like there is quite a lot right now.

That development was supposed to happen a couple years ago. Changes to the original proposal are on this month's PAC agenda.
