I just happened to come up Broadway today and notice the St. Luke's crane.

What's the crane for on Fairview (downtown), next to the old Boise Car Upholstery building?

‘Nothing like this in the NW’: Construction starts on 50-acre park at Expo Idaho

The eastern end of the defunct Les Bois Park will soon become a new oasis along the Greenbelt.

After years of talks and planning, construction began late last year on the new 50-acre park along the Greenbelt on Ada County’s Expo Idaho property. The project, called The Park at Expo Idaho, will be completed by 2026 using $32 million of American Rescue Plan Act funds distributed by the Biden administration in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Talked to the Arthur leasing agent last week. Said they had about 25 units leased so far with move-ins already happening.

i saw the YMCA crane is up. by my count, that makes 8 tower cranes currently downtown with a smattering of others around town, and with the 40 cranes involved in the Micron expansion, there are more than 50 construction cranes in Boise. that's got to be some kind of record.
