Yes, that one has been there for a long time, especially compared to 1 Delisle and the even newer 1501 Yonge complex.

Here's a view of the Vancovuer skyline with a few of the current U/C and proposals included. This was taken from the application materials for 1075 Nelson so several towers are missing, and im pretty sure the impact on the skyline is underrepresented, but it gives you a good idea of where some of the changes to the skyline will be coming.

Is that 50 Bloor W. still in there, koops? It was recently deemed cancelled, as I understand it. A pity. I liked it.

That has been off the model for some time now...

I thought you were talking about 415 Yonge which is still there, not officially cancelled yet, as far as I know anyway. It was "rejected" by city council. Perhaps the developer will come back with a re-submission?
