I went today too! Loved mine! The traffic was pretty strong but like you said, it moved fast. I wish them the best of luck (and hope they turn their music down a little :p)

New signage is posted at the intersection of Bowlen and St. Marys advertising a new condo building to be built at that spot (which is also listed on the agenda of this month's PAC meeting).

Haha, I said the exact same thing, even took the time to write to them in Twitter. Poutine was amazing, good home made fries, but the music kinda turned me off a little, that's why we took our order to go. A lot of people waiting in line with us were also complaining about the very loud music.

Service was amazingly fast. I had not even received my order number that my order was ready.

I didn't tell them to turn it donw, but I agree, it was a hair loud. Knock it back down to 9 or 8 and it should be fine.

Then again, after 10, when the bar crowd starts drifting in, they can probably leave it at 11.

Not sure exactly. I think four stories. I just noticed that the PAC agenda item says deferred. The signage on the site says it will have underground parking, but the site plan shown in the PAC application doesn't appear to have that. Perhaps that's why it was deferred.

Noticed a crew doing some core drilling again this morning on the city owned lot between the Legion and Westpointe. I assume additional info/confirmation required to firm up plans for the proposed development on that property. Core samples were also taken last fall.
