Stockbridge (and Wilson Meany) spending $50MM to redo the mechanical systems, upgrade seismic systems, lobby renovation, new windows, etc. 295,000 SF office, Telp will take 100,000 SF (7 floors), Knoll the office furniture broker is already there I think, and it's rumored 2 high profile restauranteurs will take up space along the ground floor.

Tishman Speyer's Infinity part Two. Entitled for 750 units, plan to build 650 units between two towers (350 ft and 400 ft). I hear they will start soon, so I took a pic of the site. I also heard another very large high profile condo project went multifamily, but not sure if that's public (it's in the same area). If that's true, then I think that makes Tishman's deal the only condo deal in the immediate area right now.

Another Tishman Speyer deal set to deliver 275,000 SF (or is it 286,000 SF) of office later this year. Was originally another Stockbridge/Wilson Meany partnership. LEED gold.
