Located next to a new stop on the Eglinton Crosstown LRT and a future GO Transit station now u/c. The 1.7 million-square-foot mixed-use project shares a somewhat similar design aesthetic to Allies and Morrison’s masterplan for the 28-acre (former Mr. Christie site) 2150 Lake Shore Blvd. W across from Humber Bay.
Here is another construction update featuring the 38 skyscrapers currently U/C in Toronto right now.

10 of them will be completed in the next few months, bringing the total number of skyscrapers in Toronto to 96. Several more that are already topped off will be finished soon after in early 2024. Which one will be #100?
There are also 6 or 7 more skyscrapers in site prep that will be joining the U/C list soon...
Yonge Street side. Presumably that second elevator core will serve the large mid-rise office podium that runs from the tower east to Yonge Street (see rendering below).

There's only 4 basement levels in Phase 1 (presumably reaches bedrock) so I think this is close to as deep as they'll go. The Phase 1 tower is the shorter of the 2 at 73 storeys (263 metres)... but residential sales totals for this tower alone were well in excess of $1 Billion.
They’ve fattened up this one by about 10% and added another 300+ units (presumably shoe boxes for students), now up to 1423 residential units. 4 institutional floors in the podium have been converted to 6 floors of residential uses (Toronto Metropolitan University opted out of the building’s institutional space).

This mixed-use ‘scraper has grown a half dozen floors and images from the site plan approval application show some much-improved design elements (love me some arches).

Perhaps my favourite new proposal got a bit better in a resubmission. 8000m2 of office space is now residential (retail retained) including affordable housing units, narrowing and landscaping the Mount Pleasant ramp on the west side of the tower, only 63 parking spaces (bicycle parking now @ 807 spaces). 806 total residential units, 30% of which are 2 and 3 bedrooms.
Public realm construction in front of the heritage building in Portland Commons, which (like the neighbouring stretch of Wellington occupied by The Well) was designed by Claude Cormier (CCxA).
