Glad I opened this thread. I like watching demolition.

This aged building is sitting vacant in a deplorable office market. There's sense in demolition simply from a security standpoint in a city with homelessness seeking refuge space.

Crane is up for this large rental residential and retail project, as Hariri Pontarini Architects designs remake yet another large block of the city (eg. The Well, Pinnacle One Yonge, 88 Queen, Artists’ Alley etc. all under construction… and one day the massive Canada Square (2180 Yonge) redevelopment).

Check out that density below... including capturing 7 projects u/c ;-).
