Glad I opened this thread. I like watching demolition.

This aged building is sitting vacant in a deplorable office market. There's sense in demolition simply from a security standpoint in a city with homelessness seeking refuge space.

The Well, Pinnacle One Yonge, 88 Queen, Artists’ Alley etc. all under construction… and one day the massive Canada Square (2180 Yonge) redevelopment).
