Re: updating the design: I'm no developer, but it makes sense to keep Ingel's plan unless a large potential tenant demands changes. I'd imagine nothing is 100%, but also that a lot of $ has been spent on the last round of engineering, so why scrap it unless someone ponies up?

This building is okay in my eyes when you compare it to the monstrosities that line South St. (Well, that's just my opinion.) NYC construction is often full of crap, but luckily in that city no one building really ever stands out; as long as the architecture remains varied enough from building-to-building the aggregate effect is generally quite striking. I really enjoy the mountain skyline of NYC where it's one single mass of building parts.
