Welcome to the forum cozy!

Looks like I need to do a new skyline shot. From my vantage point, Vista isn't just a little bump anymore, it's a true new peak.

^^^Welcome to the forum! Great first post. Safe to assume those are glass panes, just waiting for framing/mullions to arrive from the fabricator.

rgarri4 - your VR model shots are awesome. A few questions.

1) When will they be available to plebes like me?
2) What platform is it on? I don't have VR right now - I've tried a handful of them and the Oculus Go is tempting just because I don't need to hook it up to a computer to use it. Any chance if I get Oculus Go that I could somehow get a copy of your Chicago model?

Awesome!

If the East setback is ~860' this thing will be a supertall any day now, the core looks about ~950 ish at the moment, or maybe more since it's almost even with Prudential's spire (there could be elevation differences though).

Latest under contract numbers from Redfin have 176 condos at Vista under contract. 15 of them are $7M+. Of those, 4 are $10M+ with another 4 between $9M and $10M.

No idea. They are only under contract and I don't think accessible to see who bought what yet. I am curious as to who bought the $18.5M place though. Wouldn't even surprise me if it was Kanye West if he is serious about moving back to Chicago (according to his publicist or something, he already found a home in Chicago). Who knows though...some of the higher end ones, do not be surprised if they are owned by rich foreign people who do not live in Chicago. This building is being advertised overseas - I've seen it advertised in Hong Kong and China when I was in both last year.

Yeah, my thoughts as well for this one:

Not delivered until Fall 2020 though. Nice condo though - 10,640 sq ft on 2 floors with a 8000 sq ft outdoor terrace that will have awesome views of the lakefront and river. Probably some business person though in reality
