It's at the corner of Viger and St-Denis.

On the render, at the left, you can see the research center, which is already build. You can spot it clearly on the skyline shot, to the left of the Hydro Quebec building. The CHUM's multiple blue cranes are also visible on the skyline shot, at the far right, so It's easy to pick.

That's ICE - 57 floors, topped out and working on mechanical level and the roof element.
