A settlement offer from the developer was adopted by Council with a slight reduction of about 3 metres in height.

This one is moving forward 12 floors taller with a rezoning settlement agreement (original was 54 storeys). The deal includes a larger podium setback and an expansion to George Hislop Park. Settlements most often mean a haircut (and other issues)... but this one grew quite a bit.

Now 66 storeys, below is the 54s version (no new images yet).

This one was approved a year ago and now is applying for a minor variance to bump the building up a couple of floors to 20 storeys.

One of my favourite proposals with its sculpted brick podium and metal balcony guard railings.

Testing one horizontal LED strip on the crown (not sure how many there are), along with a large portion of the vertical LEDs that wrap the tower edges.

For some bizarre reason this developer, who is now finishing up the huge ShittyPlace development with 2 more towers u/c, has been working here for weeks without proper permits. Resolved now but kinda dumb (like many of their CityPlace towers).
