One of the best partnership assembled did Theatre Park with Niche behind the design, Brad behind the marketing and, Harhay developing it. 6Th and 10Th is complete different.

Doesn't look as good from the ground level, unfortunately, since the balconies hide all the designs.

I think it's one of the very best condo towers that went up in the country during this boom. I like that there are no balconies on the est-west facades. Very sleek and elegant tower.

It's just a simply window wall hidden by the balconies. It creates a great contrast. It would be too much if all 4 sides were the same.

Fantastic Toronto shots!. Notice how the CN Tower was lite up in green. Many structures around the world did this yesterday as a protest of Trump pulling out of the Paris Accord.
