True. But hey, I was young and poor at the time.
But they did give pretty good customer service. And no-charge to take the next flight.
Actually, if you take RyanAir or EasyJet, that's one thing you need to watch for.
It's part of their strategy to charge userfees. That's how they recover a lot of their costs. They have no problem putting you on the next flight and charge a nominal fee... something like 50-80$ or something... much cheaper than a lot of airlines but will never do it for free like those other airlines (if you complain). You also close ticketing 45 minutes before a flight and won't let you on it if you're late. But they'll happily charge you to get on the next one.
