Very low. The BP is short since the shadowing restrictions on Terry Fox plaza prohibit anything tall from being built there.

The Boston Pizza is part of the Pivotal/Vision Critical/Microsoft Building CD-1 rezoning.
I doubt it would be built on.

Just realized that the gray/white/sea foam glass will wrap around this podium side, starting from within the corner alcove.

Lame. It's an ugly and plain little building. Hopefully it gets a major renovation and facelift in the near future.

Wow this building is growing fast. Looks great so far.

The copper glazing looks great. The transition to generic glass is very abrupt though. The angles that show both the copper and clear glass look strange. That's my take on it.

I think I asked this question before but never got a response. Any ideas as to why there are several clear glass panels throughout the copper toned cladding??

Yeah, they have really cranked up the speed on this one!

I have to agree with Logan that the the two glasses don't work perfectly together. They should have used very high quality reflective clear glass instead of the clear glass to have it on par with the bronze one. Perhaps once we see more of the angled glass things will look better, but I have some mixed feelings, as the clear glass will be abundant as well.

You mean like in the pic below? My guess is that they are placeholders while the right glass panels get delivered. Maybe the originals could not be used because they were damaged, not delivered, not sized right or whatever. I've seen this happen in a number of buildings that have gone up in the past few years. You have these odd panels that don't get fixed until much later in the construction. It's annoying to see but I wouldn't worry about it. When you consider that there could be thousands of panels being used on this building then there are bound to be a few that are duds and have to be replaced.
