With Evolve owners getting keys at the end of the month people in this building should be getting them at the same time or the end of next month.

Same question as posted on the Evolve thread; have people moved in this one yet? Both should be completed by now.

Also any ideas as to what kind of retail will be moving into the ground floor?

Seems like this should have opened by now, looks completely finished with no activity on site - but fence still surrounding the building as of today. Did Prime not get its occupancy permit either?

I've seen workers in and out of the buildings. Last week there were people that were on the roof doing some work as well, so it must be almost there.

Fences are now down and you can walk through. Road still closed to traffic though.

That's a road? Looks more like an alleyway width. There are residential streets in Surrey with parking on both sides that are wider than that "road". Is Surrey turning into Vancouver with its war on cars narrative?

There's a median in the centre near the intersection. You can't see the full road in that picture.

The odd thing is the road doesn't even connect to the lane in the back - so i'm not sure they will even open it to traffic in the interim. The remainder of Central Ave / that rear lane needs to be dedicated first for there to be enough room for the 2 to connect.

So you must access the parking garage from 103 Ave which now dead ends at the rear of the building.

Nice pics. Interested to see what kind of retail moves in at ground floor in the coming months. Hopefully a restaurant and a local coffee shop.

Would be a good space for a coffee shop or restaurant - nice high ceilings.

Some more pics from today. The road looks like it will indeed remain blocked off until the remainder of Central Ave is constructed.

I remain optimistic this will be completed sometime in the next couple years.

I hope they can at least finish the City Parkway to KGB part of Central by next year.

Took occupancy on the 18th. Will post photos later.

Have some issues in terms of scratches and damages, which came after the initial walkthrough. We just have to file them under warranty ( which is annoying as it's a new build)

Lol my unit came with roller blinds. No sheets needed like evolve
