I was wondering the same thing. A cement truck down in the pit makes me wonder if they are starting some foundation work.

They may have started some structural work, though it's unclear. Hopefully we'll know more by the end of the week.

We should know soon. From what I can tell, it looks like re-bar piles, so I'm guessing that they will be starting soon. I wish I had my regular camera with me, the pic would be much clearer.

Does the first concrete pour count as construction in the global section? Because that happened yesterday in the NW corner of the site, in what appears to be the hole for some kind of drainage. Confirmed by the construction webcam...

Looks like a temp pad for the crane. I say as soon as the crane shows up this one is graduated to the U/C section.

On another note, that is an amazing live construction cam, I've never seen one that fluid.
