Jeez, I had a busy evening.

But, I did get a few more shots for the weekly update. Taken Friday evening at 7:30 (light wasn't so good since it was overcast).

Lots of progress since last week.

Although our is totally different, they're doing a fantastic job on the Ritz-Carlton Residences here. You are in for a nice addition to your beautiful city!

So 16 years after the fire, something is rising up out of the ground. It is going to be beautiful.

What a wonderful backdrop of 1920's financial district buildings in this photo. Especially that little Flemish looking building. I've said it before, and it bears repeating. Buyer of units in this building will have great views in any direction. They'll have rich, dense, architectural scenery from every window. Philly has more great urban fabric in one square block than the entire downtown of Tampa. Philly is my favorite downtown. Can't wait to visit again.

Nice update! I guess there is just one more floor of steel and hen the rest is concrete. I wonder if this building will rise as fast as Murano. The ammenities fllor and residents lounge are supposed to be on the second floor I was trying to figure out from that photo where the pool will be I am wondering if it is that space on the west side? Anyone know?

That ~60-foot long hole on the left (west) side is for the pool which you can see in MetroSplash's pic.

Great updates. IMo, they should have place the pool & lounge near the top, imagine the views while taking a dive! Although I realize they're prolly wasting valuable real estate by placing the pool higher up.
