NYCC doesn't look like a table-top in that picture! It's not the greatest tower, but Hulmark certainly makes an impact on the skyline.

Jeezus Humber Bay looks as dense as CityPlace now! I guess the main draw for the neighbourhood is the parkland and lake? Is there rapid transit nearby?

Amazing how well tree'd the uptown Toronto neighborhoods are. I grew up near Yonge and Eglinton and kinda took for granted all the thick tree canopies and multitude of parks that I had as a kid.

It has a streetcar I think. Maybe a GO stop?

I have a friend who lives in a condo in Humber Bay. Not much more than the 501 streetcar and buses going north to Bloor. GO is a little to the west at Mimico. Though, I could definitely see an infill GO station being added at Humber Loop with RER.

North York is looking pretty nice. Can't wait to check out Brentwood the next time I am in Vancouver.

Toronto and Vancouver definitely own the suburban Canadian skylines.

That is the newly completed Aviara tower. It is a decent looking tower. A taller twin is the second phase of that project, soon starting sales I believe.
