Very nice. What size are sub-penthouse and penthouse units in these towers? Any units larger than 1,400 sqft? Is sub-penthouse level the highest on the vertical wall and penthouses are located in the roof podium thing? Would be interesting to see floor layouts for the units at the top as it is hard to grasp from down below.

You should be in for nice views once moved in and before more towers will go up nearby.

The sub penthouse units are located in the 5 floors directly below the three penthouse units. There is one large unit over 1400 for each sub penthouse floor. The rest of the units are 2 and 1 bedroom homes. The largest penthouse unit is over 2400 sq ft and comprised of 2 floors. They were marketed separately as is the norm for penthouse units. Already saw the views from my unit during walk through and my jaw dropped at the unobstructed views. I was suprised that we were high enough to see burrard inlet directly north on Willingdon.

Longstanding members are not whining, they are trying to tell you something. You choose to be blind, rude and arrogant. Can't wait for you to move in.

A bit salty this morning aren’t we? I have admitted in the past that there has been a bit too much whining which has derailed this thread somewhat. Since the notice of completions have been sent out this will hopefully stop. What irks me is the lack of appreciation that some have towards the owners for the information and in some cases pictures that have been provided to this thread. Yes the owners were frustrated and yes maybe we should have looked for other places to vent but don’t overlook the contributions we have provided to this thread.

Thank you for the information regarding larger units. That penthouse is massive and I wonder how many units there are at the top? Can't be more than two, unless other ones are tiny.

What is that roof space just below the penthouses? Is there some common patio area or do the penthouses have private patios?

Yeah, you must be able to see it as you're not much lower than I am here in Metrotown and can see it as well. Looking forward to seeing the view facing this way.

My purchase documents have the unit entitlements and a crude plan of each floor. If I remember correctly there were three actual penthouse units with at least one of them taking up two floors. Floor plans were by request only and probably given to serious buyers. The penthouse units comprise floor 62 and 63. Any open space areas you see up top are for the penthouses only. Don’t think there are any public areas up there unlike Altus across the street.

are all the future towers going to end being different colours? I don't like Tower 3 so much, black like the others would have looked better.

The next non rental tower after tower 3 was slated to be just like tower 3 in design. Tower 5 I believe.

The original plan was to start selling tower 5 in fall of 2018 but it kept being pushed back and then halted altogether because of the downturn in the market.

Will be interesting to compare the original brochures to realty once this is all done.
