I didn't take much of the fitness centre because it had people in it. Large selection of machines in it.

The working spaces were locked so couldn't get those.

There are also 2 guest suites that I obviously couldn't look at.

Brilliant!!! Thanks so much!
I am curious about the guest suites I can't wait to move in and have family stay over. Did they say how the guest suites work/ fee?

They said they'd be e-mailing the details soon. Suite booking, dining room reservation etc.

North side spandrel is beige.
South side spandrel is white.

It's been posted before how ugly it looks, and how small the windows are.

Thanks Meraki. None of these seems to be dog friendly.

The patios maybe, there's grass to play fetch and stuff but other than that not really.

Edit: Today they put up a 'no pets on the amenities floor' sign.

It might be in the working and meeting spaces, which were still locked when I went down today.

As far as I know the only lighting feature will be on the crown. Probably wont need to wait too much longer until it is turned on. Should be quite visible from downtown.

I happened to stop by Sporting Life that's now open in "the amazing brentwood" yesterday. Massive underground lot, still shiny and clean. Reminds me of Metrotown's parkade, and should be a similar gong show when full.

Sporting Life is an interesting store... full of high end "outdoor fashion" for people who may have never hiked a mile in their lives.

That's the same as all the 4x4's that are sold in this city maybe 10% of them are used.

I think most performance clothes is never used for its purpose.

It's performance clothing but for a very different kind of "performance" (or with a different meaning of the word).
In the sense of putting on a show.

i.e. Look the part,....without necessarily BEING the part.

Definitely. But unlike the trucks and all of the ads that sell them, it seems like they aren't even hiding that fact at Sporting Life. The whole store is 90% fashion, only a few bikes and snowboards, no real "gear" for these activities.

But whatever, it's a nice location, and I'll at least visit a few times when more things open there.

I really thought you would stay away from shopping malls since you are so against having new ones built in Vancouver.

Well, what they say is true: When you build it, they will come.

I'm far from their ideal customer. I visit malls a few times a year as a curiosity.

Rumour has it Brentwood will have a Tesla Supercharger and possible store... that might get me to visit.

It's from Toronto.
Their original store was/is on Yonge St. north of Rosedale.
