Very nice! I was afraid this constant rainy weather was keeping all the excellent photo contributors here at home with their cameras in a drawer.

Nice photos. It's really looking green now. That first view is looking so good. And it's incredible that only two of those buildings existed before 2002.

Yeah it was an unexpectedly sunny and pleasant day. It felt really good to get back on my bike after so long indoors. Downtown is looking really green and will only get better as all the new trees fill out. Even the vines on the trellises on the JW Marriott are coming along, although they are going to need a few seasons to really get the look they had in the renderings.

Really great view! I was trying to find a roughly equivalent old photo from that vantage point. So many changes.

He's probably in one of the Austin threads where people spend more time and post more pictures.

The parking lot next to Frank, across from Truluck's (NE corner of 4th & Colorado) is finally getting developed. Will be another office tower with structured parking.

So I guess the property doesn't extend to Congress? It's only a quarter block then. In that case it won't face Congress then. One good thing is with there being an alley between the two properties, we won't have to worry about a dreaded blank wall facing Congress. There will still be one on the north side.

Good points.
I'm glad it's only 1/4 block . More variety in the long run.

^ Agreed. I think it's good to have smaller footprints for office buildings. Hopefully this will be a bit taller because of that, too. Probably won't be Austonian or the eventual Independent tall, of course, but it's not in a CVC.
