From highway hotline facebook page. While raising the first bridge on the #1 in Moose Jaw they also removed 2 cloverleafs. I'm not sure how you go from northbound to west now, or from eastbound to north. Maybe that's a next year project.

Quite a bit of paving left at the Grand Coulee exit, most of the ramps need a final layer of asphalt. Oval area is probably a large storm water pond for the development as it appears to be a hole.

Costco land servicing moving along even since yesterday. Steel going up for the second Harbour Landing school. Steel building frames don't show up well on drone shots.

It’s hard to believe all the development that is happening in Regina. Thank you for posting the photos.

Another video of Dewdney and 11th Ave this morning.

Some more photos of the Glen Elm trailer park. The Neville Drive condo project framing has started, they sure like building multi story with wood in this city.

Hi,

Long time lurker, first time poster. It appears I joined this community 15 years ago next month. Is there a prize for longest time lurking?

Gecho111, thanks for all your great drone shots. I was particularly happy to see your posts of images of the Glen Elm Trailer Court in June and a couple of times now in October.

A bit over a week ago, I saw your shots from early October, when there were still a couple of trailers remaining in the old part of the court, along with the old service station building, and a lone car garage. You also posted a great series of flyovers.

I’ve been following the destruction of the old court fairly closely. When I was in the area on Saturday morning, I remember thinking that I hoped you’d take additional images, that would capture what I was seeing, an area devoid of trailers for the first time in 67 years.

On Sunday, to my great surprise, I found that you had in fact taken more images on Saturday, the very day I was there. On top of that, those images appeared to partially overlap my time in the area. Three of your last four images captured my vehicle arriving and parking at 10th Avenue, at the northern boundary of the trailer court, which was pretty cool.

I’ve included a crop of one of your shots with a shot from my dashcam.

That is quite unfortunate. Hopefully they will rebuild. I’m sure they had insurance and these builds needs security when there’s no one working there

This is great! Reminds me that in the summer I drove past the new Harbour Landing school and saw a guy packing up a bag while on his bike - I was like like - "that has to be the legend @Gecho111!" - sure enough the next day drone pics posted! Appreciate everything you do, Gecho!

I once rode past the Canadian Prairie Storms facebook guy. I'm surprised I haven't encountered him more as his posts suggest he's in Wascana Park nearly every day. Though I often go around the park instead of through it.

I only took 2 pictures while I was out today. In AE Wilson they were scraping off the top wet layer where they were working and adding dry soil so they could finish up before it rains again. The water downstream of the work site was very green last week, the rain seems to have cleared it up

The road past Candy Cane park is closed while they add a new large storm drain pipe to the lake. I didn't take any pictures, maybe I'll get a few tomorrow.

It looks like two homes were destroyed also quite unfortunate. The only good thing about this whole situation is they can build a bigger complex

I drive by these stick built projects in Heritage every day and think what fire traps they are before drywall and other fire mitigation is installed. Parveen Singh of Caraway Grill fame says they will rebuild. He says there was no power or gas connected and they had a fence and locked doors. Very suspicious obviously, but it in that neighborhood on cold long weekend, you can pretty much be certain someone lit a warming fire in or next to it.

The two mounds in the creek have merged with some of the concrete pieces from the first one removed. The pipe they are installing in Candy Cane Park is very large. There is a hidden path along the lake that runs from the Science Centre to Douglas Park. There are 3 spots where the path goes over storm drain outlets, I guess there will be a 4th soon.

A building going up in the Chuka Creek Business Park. Looking at the permit report this must be the 1.1 million permit from back in June. Same address and indoor recreation facility code as the 11 million permit from last week.

100,000 square feet of space leased in the Canada Life building. Apparently for eHealth. Unfortunately it means the cafeteria is closing too.

That means the whole old Eatons/Bay part of the Cornwall Centre will be completely empty. I wonder what the plans are for that. That's a lot of space. 4 floors counting the basement.
