Even JPMORGAN Chase has been having employees work from home in the pandemic and afterward.

As they say in the law, ignorance is no excuse. There's enough information out there for you to understand. Perhaps you should spend less time focused on observation decks, and try to understand what's going on in the project threads you post in.

That's insane, I remember when the new tower actually began rising back in 2021 and seeing it in person in 2022 when it was about 20-ish floors up..

So many new skyscrapers, in such a relatively short amount of time, and the skyline is transformed.
