It's a bit deceiving due to the very tall ceilings in the first level (and second). They're 2 stories high. The restaurant space is big and looks to be quite the place once it's complete.

Maybe they asked for an extension because it's been upgraded to a 50 plus storey because of high demand?

I know many have already noted some of the reasons for the delays of this project; based on this article, it would appear the official completion date has been updated to third-quarter, 2021.

The hallway is in line with an archway in the 360 lobby. I can confirm that this archway is not inline with the front of 330 Main

Plot twist, digging up an additional 2 floors further underground now!

Too bad no ones seized and shut down Armour Properties... after their bullshit with their Winnipeg properties, particularly the fires, no utilities, no safety etc, plus forcing 150 people in Thompson to go homeless and nearly trapping them in their own apartments, they should honestly just be appropriated by the government, bought out or being shut down. Permanently.

That being said though... so if Winnipeg got serious about shutting down or appropriating trouble properties, or troubled companies, and maybe instituted a house-ownership program with former Armour tenants, among others unfortunately to have complete jokes as landlords/property managers... would it maybe help the housing glut, that seems to be forming within Winnipeg?

I was away for a few weeks and it looks like very little has been done in that time frame. Very disappointing!

It's just his usual doom and gloom the sky is falling commentary regarding the city. I'm just surprised he didn't throw in a comparison to brag about how much better he thinks Calgary is.

As has been mentioned numerous times, it's all hands on deck trying to get 330 closed in for winter, and spaces ready for tenants to move in.

The free press article above mentioned the tariffs on steal coming from the US has delayed the project.

Calgary is bigger, but not necessarily better. 1.5 million people in the metro area, and virtually no historical sites or building aside from Fort Calgary.

There are a number of very large steel structures going up in Toronto today. None of them are stopped because of the price of steel.

The steel furnaces are running in Hamilton tonight tariff exempt!

Hmmm, showing up for me. Not sure how to fix something I cant see as broken. I will see if others can't see and try it again.

...you are right, I can't see it on my phone but I can see it on my computer.
