Not really sure where to post this, I was driving dish King Edward and on the other side of the road was a plow pushing snow into the middle of the street. About 30 cars behind it, there was another plow pushing the snow back to where it was originally. Can I say WTF?

Looks like garbage. They are doing a similar reclamation the building where I work (267 O'connor) and it looks like 90's crap. The brick may have been a little worn but I prefer the look compared to that silver crap.

If it looked like the rendering, it might be passable. But it doesn't; the original parts aren't as nice as the rendering would have it.
Wow, I was actually pleased when I saw the renovations on this building, only because I thought they were doing the whole building! Now that I see they did 1/5th of it (little bit here, little bit there), it looks like complete garbage.
I dind't like the old building but I would have rather kept it as is.. at least it would've been uniform.
The building looks like a sample board of cladding. Reminds me of when Volkswagen actually produced this version of the Golf:
Oooooh! I loved this! There was someone with an older car with a similar colour pattern that used to drive around West Wellington over 10 years ago.
But yeah... if they had only redone the first floor as per what's in the rendering that might have been fine, but what they did is ruin a decent building.
