Just to add to the last post, Coal Harbour Phase 2, lots of pre-cast panels attached and the first bit of glazing installed.

The wall projects in general: “copy paste repeat”. I wonder what grandeur name they will use this time: Wall Versailles Palace

May sound like a dumb question but can this building be expanded height-wise eventually?

No I don't hear that being an option in the proposal

This has proven to be the correct take when it comes to the timeline for 848 Seymour. According to their submission to the Public Art Committee, the plan is to start construction in January, 2025, with occupancy envisioned for June, 2027.

This has me somewhat baffled. Is that a ped bridge between the office tower and bank podium? Considering that the podium has been the subject of a number of redevelopment analyses, this seems like a curious item to be spending money on.

I welcome insights.

DP application got sent in at the end of January

Also Perkins + Will requested building grades for the developer's property at 817 Richards back in 2019. It doesn't mention any envisioned development

Court ordered sale for 1485 Davie. Seems like WT Leung Architects did an enquiry for the property back in 2017.

Ah...the great unwinding continues.

What's up with the NDP's Rental Protection Fund to buy rentals in jeopardy? Seems like this would be a good candidate.

After viewing officedweller's Post #407
and seeing the neon lit up I had to have a closer look.
I also said to myself "where is the 980 Granville update?"

This afternoon
