I guess they are planning on marketing this soon since they are talking it about it on their social media now?

Though the rendering they are using to promote it seems odd (they have a daylight version of this one)

They have a sales centre on West Hastings, (by appointment only) so they may actually be selling - or at least 'pre-selling'. The images would seem to be intended for buyers who have never seen Granville Bridge or seen the context the building will be located in. (And what's with the 8 wheel car? Or the one on the left apparently levitating?)

You mean the complete absence of context beside the Granville Bridge?

Lol, that must be the worst twisted reality marketing I have yet seen. The fake surrounding is not even appealing!

this is a serious case of misrepresentation...can you imagine purchasing a place and then finding out that it's not on the edge of a field of fireflies?

What an incredibly strange image. One would think its location across Vancouver House is a selling feature to be promoted but I guess they think some buyers are more attracted to a home being plopped on a relatively suburban area facing downtown. I don't think it's possible to get an angle of where this is being built without a single tower in the background.

Can someone tell me where the field of twinkling lights is? I'd like to stroll through it.

That's the future Broadway skyline in the background.

The towers of Concord's Beach Neighbourhood would block the view - here's a slightly more honest render from the DP

I really don't see that happening, they don't even have the rezoning complete yet.

They have an approved DP, and the sales centre has been open for a while.

Aye and the DP is waiting on the CD rezoning to be enacted. They have submitted for a building permit in November last year.

They would be pretty confident in progressing, if they are already selling?

The rezoning was subject to a Housing Agreement, and the Bylaw for that was approved in March this year. Is there something else that is preventing enactment?

CityHallWatch says they have to have the foundation started by next November or the CoV can back out of the deal by refunding Pinnacle's $20 million (three year extension from 2021)

and another more accurate portrayal of the area.

Note that the overlapping scales seen in the DP rendering seem to have disappeared from the current renderings
and the main design feature providing fluidity now seems to be ledges of varying length.
