This is amazing to see take shape.

Super stoked for this building. Something very special about Japanese inspired architecture. Japanese interiors are so soothing, relaxing.

I wonder why they took the crane down yesterday?
Replacing it with a new one today. Looks to be the same style as the original(not Luffing)...

Looking at the bldg's specs https://rezoning.vancouver.ca/applications/1550alberni/documents/8Sections.pdf the back of the tower goes right to the laneway, so they moved the crane into the laneway.

They'll be pretty visible compared to other concrete formwork so that's understandable.
