I think that it’s 99.999% clear that Naftali will raze 800 Fifth. I’m sure that it will be a Stern and beyond incredible.

I wonder what happened to Xing, the guy who was great at illustrating.

I'd love to see this image with Handel's Park Lane (just as a place holder) and 350 Park.

Looks like at least one Billionaire's row building will become mixed-income housing:

TF Cornerstone has closed on the acquisition of Tower 57, a Billionaires' Row office tower at 135 E. 57th St. It plans to turn the building into mixed-income housing.
