Really, Cold? Replacing a strip mall with a park extension is the last thing downtown needs?

While I'd prefer the parking at the rear, these are smaller scale CRUs, potential live-work units, lofts and provide a good amount of activity to the area.

Could their 'front yard' be improved and more urban, sure, but we need people, businesses, destinations and housing.

^ once downtown gets out of the ER and starts to get back to pre-COVID times... or at least as near as possible, that building needs to go. But as of right now? I agree with Ian (pukes a lil)

In the grand scheme of things that building and its parking lot doesn't have much of a material impact on how most of us 'experience' downtown. I would argue that f*cking around with this building would be priority 1,567,344 on the list.
