It was mentioned earlier this week, he's on the Today show tomorrow morning then performing in the opening ceremony. It was stated as fact, so maybe it was a rumour, but... whatever.

Now all we need is Anne Murray to really put Canadians to sleep. Maybe her and Buble can do a duet

The boringness would reach critical mass.

i wouldn't be surprised to see steve nash as one of the final torchbearers.... the nba all-star game is this weekend, which means he shouldn't have any problem flying into town for tomorrow evening.... and they just played in portland last night

Apparently the track list for the "Sounds of 2010" has been leaked. But I can't find it

I think people are throwing out random rumors. If you search #van2010 on Twitter someone is saying how awesome the figure skating polar bear was

It wasn't really leaked

They were selling the CDs inside BC Place. I dunno why I didn't go buy one. I must've lost my brains after the amazement I saw.

Okay, I also want to start toning down the hype because all the hype can only lead to disappointment. So guys, just don't get too carried away.

Lots of rumours flying around about Rush playing the opening ceremonies...I'm a bit of a Rush geek so I'd enjoy that.
