Could a mod fix this thread: http://skyscraperpage.com/forum/showthread.php?t=219615

I added a whole explanation in post #4. Its a Hong Kong project with a sloppy title and inaccurate info.

The title should be changed to: HONG KONG | New World Centre | 869 FT / 265m | 63 FLOORS

Thanks

broke ground for a 43-story building, dubbed Ellipse, in the Newport section at the city’s northern end, just south of the Hoboken border.

The tower will rise to a height of 444 feet, six inches, the developer told YIMBY. Ther will be 376 rental units in the 592,800-square-foot project. It will include a retail component, but square footage for residential and retail portions was not available. So, we can’t estimate the average size of the units.
Thanks

Two Denver Projects:

DENVER | 15th + California Dual Brand Hotel | 230 FT | 21 Stories
http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=212768

Can we rename this to Le Meridien / AC Hotel?

Also, this is now under-construction: Tower crane base is in.

DENVER | 1776 Curtis St | 315 FT / 96 M | 29 FLOORS
http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=156017

Not sure if this counts yet but they are drilling and pouring caissons...

@RyanD Done, work on the second project qualifies as a move:

Quote:
Foundation work includes the implementation of permanent foundation components such as the drilling of caissons, etc.

Bumping this one. Clearing was completed years ago. As of late December there are now cranes on site and piling work is nearly complete.

Nashville PARAMOUNT is U/C

Paramount, now renamed back to 505, is officially U/C with foundation caissons rising and foundation work underway.

Since its 2016,

Could: NEW YORK CITY | Highrise Compilation and Directory 2015 Version

Be renamed to: NEW YORK CITY | Highrise Compilation and Directory 2016 Version

Continuing the tradition for the 2016 boom cycle.

Thanks

After a long delay due to environmental issues and cleanup at the site, the tower crane is up for 212 South Meramec in Clayton.

Building is now 26-stories, 370 feet.

Please move the following thread to construction: http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=188618

Updated stats: TORONTO | Eau Du Soleil | 228M / 748FT | 66 + 40 FLOORS

I'm sure someone knows the height of the smaller tower, but I don't.

Edit: Thank you for your work, mods.
