A few blocks west at 31 Street the Beacon project is above ground now. Is there something going on in this area that's making it attractive for development? It could be relative closeness to the Westbrook LRT station but I don't think that's it.

That's a big project for that corner. Good amenities very nearby--rec center literally across the street as well as a 7-11. Walmart Supercenter up the road. What else could one want?!

That's a nice looking building. Now we know why lots like the Popeye's location (which is way more central than this) are worth so much!

I think the camera just mistakenly focused on the signs mounted on the fence.
